Laylatul Qadr or the Night of Qadr:

It is a night in the last ten days of Ramadan. Allah revealed Quran in this Night. All the decisions regarding قضاء و قدر (destiny and fate), made by Allah, are delegated to the angels for implementation.

Virtue of the Night of Qadr:

لیلة القدر خیر من الف شھر

The ibadah (worship/prayer) on the Night of Qadr is better than the ibadah of one thousand months.

(It is the Night of great honour)

Descent of Angels:

On the Night of Qadr, the Angels of Mercy descend in such numbers that the entire earth becomes too crowded for them. Allah even Sends down Jibreel Ameen (the honest).

Hadith:

Prophet of Allahﷺ said:

Anyone who fails to attain the blessings and bounty of the Night of Qadr, it is as if he is deprived of all kinds of blessings and bounty.

Ibn Majah:1644

Hadith:

The Messenger of Allahﷺ said:

Any of my followers who stood in Qiyam (in prayer) in the Night of Qadr (with faith and sincerity), then due to the blessings of the worship of this Night, all of his past sins would be forgiven.
